- Sealing system that closes polyethylene, pillow type and gusseted bags
- Designed for industrial market bagging products such as:
- Salt, fertilizer, calcium chloride, and other corrosive chemicals
- Seals various bag sizes and thicknesses
- Minimum 6 inch free bag top is required (both sides of the bag must be in contact)
- Production output rate: Up to 60 linear feet per minute, depending on bag structure
- Manual height adjustment
- Various conveyor speeds
- 304 stainless steel enclosures, fabricated parts and control boxes
- 304 stainless steel casters, chain, fasteners
- Heater manifold in stainless with encapsulated heater elements
- CR plus paint on aluminum parts where no equivalent stainless available
- Nord heavy duty wash down motors with special corrosion resistant paint
