Used Bühler 400 Gallon Vacuum Mixer Kettle with:

- Stainless steel construction
- Nation Board number: 23519
- Vessel is rated for full vacuum and 3 psi at 250 degrees Fahrenheit
- Jacket is rated for 50 psi at 250 degrees Fahrenheit
- Interior dimensions: 51 inch diameter x 66 inch straight side
- 12 inch deep cone bottom
- 10 inch dish top
- Top fittings:
- Three 2 inch diameter flanged fittings
- One 1 inch diameter flanged fitting
- One 4 inch diameter flanged fitting
- One 8 inch diameter flanged fitting
- Top 3 inch diameter sight glass
- 3 inch diameter bottom center discharge with ball valve
- Jacket is fed by 2 inch diameter flanged fittings
- Scrape agitation with hydraulic motor
- 12 inch disperser blade has a 19 inch adjustment depth using a hydraulic lift system
- Vacuum processing kettle comes with a control panel and a Reliance Electric GP2000 VS Drive model 2GU41100, variable speed, constant torque, AC controller for a 100 horsepower motor
