The Mimac Maxidrop R 660C Pastry Depositor is a versatile, high-capacity cookie and pastry depositing system designed for medium to large-scale bakery operations. Built with a stainless steel and aluminum structure, this unit offers precise portion control, high repeatability, and the flexibility to produce a wide range of products including cookies, macarons, muffins, sponge cakes, and filled pastries. Its electronically controlled dosing system, programmable recipes, and interchangeable tooling make it ideal for bakeries requiring consistent output with frequent product changeovers.
