DEL Packaging SD-VC Single Denester with Vacuum Conveyor

The DEL Packaging SD-VC Single Denester with Vacuum Conveyor is an automated container and lid separation system designed to separate nested caps, lids, and containers prior to filling operations.

Containers or lids are manually loaded into the denester head guide rods or supplied using an optional RCL or VCL loading system. A series of denesting screws progressively separates the nested components and releases individual pieces onto a vacuum conveyor. The vacuum conveyor provides controlled product transfer by securing the containers to the belt surface before transferring them to the customer’s conveyor system through a side-transfer discharge.
