Used Klockner CP-2/EEL Rollstock Thermoformer

Used Klockner CP-2/EEL Rollstock Thermoformer with:

• Equipment was originally used to package small pharmaceutical products
• Currently set up to run an approximately 4 inch x 2.25 inch package size, adjustable 
• In-line intermittent motion device that uses thermoformable rollstock and forming tools to automatically package a specific product
• Allen Bradley SLC 500 PLC
• The machine is operated with fixed function switches on the main control panel and a color touch screen
• Each working section is modular to allow for quick tool changes and individual adjustment
• Emergency stops are provided at critical operating stations
• Electrically interlocked safety guards are provided over electrical terminals, hazardous moving parts, and heated areas
• The following packaging materials can be used on the machine
  • Base material = PVC; Lidding Material = Aluminum coated with heat-sealable lacquer
  • Base material = PVC/PVDC; Lidding Material = Aluminum lined with PVDC
  • Base material = POLYSTYROLl; Lidding Material = Paper coated with a heat-sealable lacquer
  • Base material = ACLAR; Lidding Material = Tyvek
  • Base material = PETG; Lidding Material = Formable Foils
