  • Fully automatic high pressure wash
  • Wash cycle:
    • High pressure spray
    • Sanitizing hot water rinse
  • Wash capacity: 48 sheet pans
  • Speeds:10 cycles per hour/480 sheet pans per hour
  • Electrically heated wash tank
  • (4) Rotating stainless steel spray arms
  • Dual pump design recirculates approx 250 gallons per minute at 50-60 psi
  • Wash chamber dimensions: 42 inches long x 31.5 inches wide x 76.5 inches high
  • Stainless steel rinse tank with (2) 9 KW electric booster heaters to boost 140° fahrenheit incoming water to 180-195° sanitizing rinse water
  • Cabinet: 14 and 12 gauge heavy duty stainless steel construction
  • One rack included
