Used Patterson Kelley Blending System with:
- Post lift style multiple vessel system
- Vessels included:
- 10 Cubic foot V-blender with intensifier bar
- 5 cubic foot V-blender with intensifier bar
- 500 Liter Matcon IBC bin blending shell
- 250 Liter Matcon IBC bin blending shell
- All vessels feature sanitary discharge valve
- Maximum density: 70 pounds per cubic foot
- Includes:
- Blender/shell transfer cart
- Matcon Cone Valve Discharge Station with it's own HMI with selector switches
- Blender system includes it's own HMI with Allen Bradley PanelView 1000
- Large 2 door main electrical cabinet with (4) VFDs for the post lift, slue, shell & intensifier bar
- Post lift room installation height clearance: approximately 16 feet
- All Stainless steel construction
