Description
Polin’s Rotary Molders offer delivery of the product by rotary drum either directly onto a baking tray or, in a high output industrial setting, directly onto the travelling oven belt.
In the first instance, the standalone machines are available in various widths to suit trays of all sizes.
An adjustable dough feeding systems allows up to approx. 300kg of unbaked biscuits to be manipulated and trayed per hour as well as ensuring consistent results by means of the engineered interchangeable brass drums that can achieve intricate products. An indexed conveyor allows for automatic loading to aid operation to ensure streamline production.
The Polin Molder is suitable for the production of butter cookie dough, shortbread, and pet treats, and despite its versatility, allows for very high levels of product output while maintaining near perfect weight accuracy and design detail.
