Used Ultrasource Rhino 12 Modified Atmosphere Tray Packer with:
- Application: The Rhino 12 Automatic tray sealer is a versatile, inline tray sealer with modified atmosphere packaging capability. Designed to reduce packaging costs while enhancing product appearance, shelf life, and package durability.
- PLC controls with 7 inch full color touch screen
- Fully electronic film tension system
- Teflon Coated sealing plates
- Film relax mechanism
- Adjustable gravity discharge conveyor to set the discharge height to match takeaway conveyor
- Discharge Conveyor adjusts from 5 degrees - 25 degrees
- Pivoting discharge conveyor
- Cycle time seal only mode: up to 10 cycles per minute
- Cycle time gas flush mode: up to 8.5 cycles per minute
- Cycle time vacuum/gas mode: up to 7 cycles per minute
- 7.5 horse power vacuum pump
- Requires 8.3 C.F.M, 10 horse power (minimum) compressor
