Used Woodman 2 Channel Form Fill and Seal Machine with:
- 6" form
- 8" jaw seal
- 13" vertical seal
- Run up to a 13 " roll of plastic
- Weigh-tronix scale measures out in 1 oz. increments
- Pans are a bulk feed up top that split into two separate channels that run into two separate scales
- The bag length can be adjusted from 6" to 14"
- The weight range of the scale is 1oz. to 80oz
- The computer shows to go higher weights but it would be limited by the dump buckets on the scale
- Weight-Tronix weighing system
- Originally, the bagger was made to handle potato chips but was converted to run a slightly heavier product
- Averages about 30 8 oz. bags a minute
