Equipment Description
New ACASI TruPiston 4 Head Inline Piston Filler with:
- 7.5 Oz max fill, rotary valve piston for Trupiston
- High-precision, SERVO electrically driven ball screw movement for nozzles
- IBSO Custom nozzle for products with particulates – Pneumatic tip, drip free
(Available Sizes: 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4") - Nozzle sanitary connections
- PLC controlled, pneumatic driven drip tray
- 60 Gallon tank with agitation for tank with AC motor speed control via HMI
- Ultrasonic sensor for level detection installed on tank cover
- Pneumatic actuated ball valve – Product in-feed control
- Pressure switch for electrical circuit connections (Electric pump start and stop)
- 10 Ft. Conveyor, acetyl chain, 4.5 in. wide, speed control installed in filler's
control panel - Hot fill tubing – up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit (per nozzle)
- Custom CIP tray
- Washdown upgrade
