• Provides a thin coating of static eliminating substance on plastic containers. Designed to be environmentally friendly through the use of ultrasonic spray nozzles which help reduce fluid consumption, and a mist collector to reduce the amount of mist released into the atmosphere. Featuring a protective area over the neck area of the container to restrict spray from entering the inside of the containers which are to be coated
• Applies layer of lubricant over product to reduce consumption of anti-static/lubricity fluid
• Previously ran product: flat oval bottles
• Mist collector with independent filtration system to collect unused mist to reduced the amount released into the atmosphere
• Neck finish conveying system

  • Capable of handling 22,000 bottles per hour
  • prevents potential exterior container contamination due to excessive conveyor line build up caused by extended spray exposure

• Equipped with 2 static air motor mixing tanks with agitator, tanks have 30 gallon capacities
• 2 side-to-side conveyors not necessary for application, could be uninstalled and product ran straight through
