Used Osgood 6 Head Inline Filler with:
- Designed to draw directly from the discharge of a kettle
- Previously used to fill salsa at 200 degrees Fahrenheit
- Servo driven pistons can fill from 16 to 64 ounces
- Nozzles are mounted on a nozzle bar that pushes out over a conveyor
- Nozzle bar pulls back so it can fill into trough
- Allen-Bradley PLC and servo motor controls
- Fill volume can be adjusted on the fly with easy up and down buttons on the control panel
- Stainless steel enclosure mounted on the filler that contained variable speed drives for the conveyors - VFDs not included
- Inline thermometer displays accurate product temperature
- Starwheel indexing
- Previously ran 72 containers per minute
