Equipment Description
Used Unifiller Custom Drizzler Zig-Zag Icing System with:
- Drizzles and zig-zags strands of icing onto cakes going by a conveyor (not included)
- May also be used as a chocolate or caramel stringer
- Pumps will work with products that have particles
- Cakes move under optical sensors on the actuator arm of the drizzle depositor and initiate a deposit cycle
- No pan, no cycle
- Capable of decorating cakes up to 30 cycles per minute with patterns ranging from 1 to 9 oscillations per second
- Air requirements: 100 PSI
