Equipment Description
Used Sprout Pellet Mill with:
- Capacity: 1 ton per hour
- Mixing feed bin with Gaylord dumper:
- Dimensions: 60 x 72 x 48 inches
- Discharge: 6 inches diameter
- Feed screw with VFD drive
- (3) Internal rotating paddle bars delumper with VFD drive
- Pellet feeder conveyor line:
- Dumper bin discharge conveyor moves product to bin on top of pellet mill with (3) separate magnet traps
- Conveyor feeds to small surge bin with bottom airlock discharge
- Conditioner & pellet mill:
- Sprout conditioner mounted on pellet mill: 18 x 54 inches
- Sprout 501-H Pellet Mill:
- Door mounted force feeder for wood applications
- Driven by 125 horsepower main drive motor
- Includes extra sets of rolls & dies
- Hot pellet bucket elevator: 16" x 20" x 22' high
- Sprout 9-375 vertical cooler w/42" fan & 30 horsepower motor
- Pellet fine screener with secondary air draw from cooler fan to eliminate dust
- Galvanized pellet silo for finished product: 96 x 96 x 240 inches
- Includes all controls and starters
- IMPORTANT NOTE: does not include a dryer
