Used Douglas TFL Glue Tray Former and Packer with:

• Size range (inside case dimension):
  • Direction of travel:  5.6875 inches to 13.75 inches
  • Vertical dimension:  3.125 inches to 5 inches
  • Across machine:  9.25 inches to 16.75 inches
• Infeed height:  33 inches, +/- 1.5 inches
• Threaded rod screw down leveling feet
• Previously ran tray style:  corrugated, end loading, full depth tray with full length end flaps and minor flaps meeting in the middle.  Front of tray has display cut-out
• Sequence of operation:
  • One tray blank at a time will be removed by vacuum from the power fed magazine, formed U-shaped in the conveyor lugs and indexed to the loading station.  The product will be received on the infeed conveyor with the long dimension across the conveyor.  The trays will be conveyed through a powered over/under belt system to insure a positive back-to-back pattern of the trays into the stacking mechanism.  The nested trays will be stacked two-tier high prior to laoding into the tray.  After loading, the tray will be conveyed through closing and sealing the end flaps with hot melt glue.  The completed tray will be discharged from the machine
